PharmaPac is a MHRA accredited facility that rapidly and accurately fill solids, semi-solids, liquids and powders into a diverse range of packaging using state-of-the-art machinery at our purpose-built production facility. Our aim is to provide a comprehensive manufacturing and packing environment to support our Customers portfolio of products and service them from development through to global supply from an experienced team supported by Quality, Operations and Commercial specialists.

Corporate social responsibility is very important to us therefore we are members of the organisation Sedex (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange) which is committed to continuous improvements of the ethical and responsible practices of global supply chains in the areas of labour standards, health & safety, environment and business integrity.

Our modern, GMP compliant production and storage facility is located on a secure business park in Liverpool (in the North West of England) where we have over 140,000 sq ft of premises across 11 dedicated units.

Work is performed and products are stored in a wide range of tailor made environments with a variety of classifications to meet project requirements. Over 350+ GMP trained operatives can work on a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure a quick delivery of an order.

Our People

We are only as successful as the team we employ and we have some great people! Our senior team brings together an impressive breadth and depth of experience from the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, blue chip and contract service organisations.

Commercial Manager

Over 14 years Technical Sales experience, including working as a Sales Manager for a UK based CMO. Extensive knowledge of the contract manufacturing process of food supplements and licenced products.Academic background in biochemistry & organic synthetic chemistry

With expertise in all areas of Quality Assurance, as a QP Linda leads the Quality team to ensure and maintain our compliance standards.

Managing Director

A highly experienced professional and confident Leader with a strong Commercial & Operational background across the entire pharmaceutical supply chain.

Operations Director

Ian has 30 years’ experience of the pharma industry in a number of manufacturing and operational roles, across the UK and USA.

Financial Controller

Kevin manages PharmaPac’s financial operations, using extensive experience as a controller to support the business objectives.

John drives the strategic direction of PharmaPac using his commercial background working in a number of FTSE 20 organisations
